 Enhanced Deduction for Seniors

Seniors that are taking the Enhanced Deduction for Seniors should take caution that you and/or your spouse must have a valid social security number and if married, you must file jointly to claim this deduction (MFJ). Filing Married Filing Separate (MFS) will disallow the up to 3000.00 deduction each.
